TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The event “Empress Reverie โ Venice Carnival Ball” is organised by Giulia Luzzi, based in Rome,
Italy (hereinafter “Organiser”).

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for the event “Empress Reverie โ
Venice Carnival Ball” to be held on February 4, 2027 at Aman Venice, Palazzo Papadopoli, Calle
Tiepolo 1364, Venice, from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Purchasing a ticket implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and
the Cookie Policy available at http://www.empressreverie.com. - Purchase and price
Tickets are available through:
- Weezevent platform: my.weezevent.com/empress-reverie
- Bank transfer (upon request via email or social DM)
- PayPal (upon request via email or social DM)
The ticket price is displayed on the Weezevent platform at the time of purchase. The Organiser
reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting prices already paid by purchasers.
- Personal and non-transferable tickets
Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. The purchaser’s name must match the identity
document presented at the entrance. The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry in the event of
tickets transferred or resold to third parties. - Exclusion of right of withdrawal and refund policy
Pursuant to Art. 59(1)(n) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of
withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services where the contract provides for a
specific date or period of performance.
Therefore, purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable for any reason, including
personal circumstances of the purchaser.
Exception โ Event cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, purchasers will
receive a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of the official cancellation notice, via the same
payment method used for purchase. - Dress code
The dress code is mandatory: historical costume. Evening dresses or smoking jackets are not
permitted. Entry may be denied to participants who do not comply with the stated dress code, with
no right to a refund. - Access to the event
Access is permitted exclusively to holders of a valid ticket with a matching identity document. The
Organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the event anyone who behaves
inappropriately, dangerously, or in a manner detrimental to the event’s image, without any right to a
refund.
The event starts at 6:30 p.m. Late arrival does not entitle the purchaser to partial refunds. - Photography and video recording
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for editorial and promotional
purposes. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or filmed are kindly requested to inform
staff upon arrival. For further information, please refer to Art. 6 of the Privacy Policy. - Liability
The Organiser accepts no liability for:
- Theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during the event;
- Injury to persons or damage to property resulting from the behaviour of participants;
- Changes to the artistic programme due to force majeure events.
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, artists or menu for
organisational reasons, without such changes constituting grounds for a refund.
- Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.) that make it
impossible to hold the event, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone the date. Tickets already
purchased will remain valid for the new date. Should a participant be unable to attend on the new
date, they may request a full refund within 15 days of the postponement notice. - Personal data processing
Personal data provided at the time of purchase are processed in accordance with the GDPR and the
Privacy Policy available at http://www.empressreverie.com. - Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes relating to the purchase of
tickets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, unless otherwise provided
by mandatory consumer protection law. - Updates
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one in force
at the time of ticket purchase. - Exclusive photography rights
The use of professional photography equipment (interchangeable lenses, external flash, tripods) by
guests for commercial or editorial purposes is strictly prohibited inside the event. Official photo and
video coverage is exclusively reserved for professionals appointed by the Organiser.
Personal use of smartphones and compact cameras is permitted, provided that images are not used
for commercial purposes or published in any media outlet without prior written authorisation from the
Organiser.
