Empress Reverie

1. Subject matter and organisation

These Terms and Conditions govern the application, the purchase of the admission title and attendance at the Empress Reverie event, organised by Giulia Luzzi, resident in Rome, Italy (the “Organiser”).

The event takes place on 4 February 2027 at Aman Venice โ€” Palazzo Papadopoli, Calle Tiepolo 1364, Venice, from 18:30 to 23:30.

Submitting an application and purchasing a ticket entail acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, of the Privacy Policy and of the Cookie Policy published on the website.


2. How access to the event works

Attendance at Empress Reverie does not take place through the open purchase of a ticket.

Access is preceded by an application and selection process, structured as follows:

Free application โ†’ personal assessment โ†’ approval or non-approval โ†’ notification of the outcome โ†’ if approved, possible ticket purchase โ†’ attendance at the event.


3. Application

  1. The application is free of charge: it costs โ‚ฌ0.00.
  2. The application does not constitute a purchase.
  3. The application does not constitute a ticket or an admission title.
  4. The application does not guarantee admission to the event.
  5. Applications are submitted through the form made available by the organisation.
  6. Attendance at the event is reserved for people who are at least 18 years old. Applications may be submitted only by people of full age.

4. Assessment and notification of the outcome

  1. The Organiser personally assesses the applications. The final decision is taken personally by Giulia Luzzi.
  2. The outcome is communicated by email to the address given in the application.
  3. If the application is approved, the organisation communicates the instructions and the link to proceed with the ticket purchase.
  4. If the application is not approved, the negative outcome is communicated.
  5. Only after approval is it possible to proceed with the ticket purchase.

5. Ticket purchase

  1. The purchase of a ticket is possible but not available at this stage.
  2. Purchase is possible only after the application has been approved and is reserved for approved applicants.
  3. The admission title is personal and allows attendance by the named person.
  4. Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. The purchaser’s name must match the identity document presented at the door. The Organiser reserves the right to deny access where titles have been transferred or resold to third parties.

6. Payments

Any purchase of the ticket will be made in accordance with the arrangements and on the economic terms communicated by the Controller at the time the purchase is made available.

No economic terms, bank references, payment references or payment deadlines are stated in these Terms.


7. Attendance and access to the event

  1. Attendance is confirmed only after the application has been approved and payment completed.
  2. Access is permitted only to holders of a valid admission title, with an identity document matching the name. The document is shown and checked at the door; no copy is retained.
  3. To manage entry, the organisation provides the venue and the appointed staff with only the necessary names (first name and last name).
  4. The start time is 18:30. Late entry does not give rise to any refund, not even partial.
  5. Access is reserved for people who are at least 18 years old. The requirement is checked against the identity document presented at the door.
  6. Dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances may be communicated voluntarily to the organisation, which passes them only to those who actually need them in order to organise the dinner.

8. Conduct and dress code

  1. The dress code is mandatory: historical costume. Evening dress and black tie are not admitted.
  2. Access may be denied to attendees who do not comply with the dress code, with no right to a refund.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to deny access to, or remove from the event, anyone whose conduct is inappropriate, dangerous or damaging to the image of the event, with no right to a refund.

9. Photographs and video recordings

  1. During the event photographs and video recordings may be made, including for editorial and promotional purposes.
  2. Guests are informed in advance of the presence of photography and filming.
  3. Images may be used for the documentation of the event, for communication, for the historical archive and for the promotion of Empress Reverie.
  4. Ambient and group images are managed in accordance with section 11 of the privacy notice, which sets out the legal ground and the safeguards applied.
  5. Guests may object to being photographed or filmed in the manner set out in the privacy notice, or by informing staff at the door.
  6. Individual portraits used specifically as individualised promotional material may be subject to a separate and more cautious procedure.

These Terms and Conditions do not replace the privacy notice and do not constitute the legal ground for the processing of personal data, which is stated exclusively in the privacy notice.


10. Exclusive photography rights

  1. Inside the event, the use of professional photographic equipment (interchangeable lenses, external flash, tripods) by guests for commercial or editorial purposes is prohibited.
  2. Official photographic and video coverage is reserved exclusively to the professionals appointed by the Organiser.
  3. The use of smartphones and compact cameras is permitted for personal use, provided the images are not used for commercial purposes or published in the press without the Organiser’s written authorisation.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice of Empress Reverie, to which reference is made in full.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute consent to the processing of personal data and does not replace the legal bases stated in the privacy notice.


12. Changes to the event

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, the artists or the menu for organisational reasons, without this giving rise to any refund.
  2. Force majeure. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, measures adopted by public authorities and the like) making it impossible to hold the event, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone the date. In that case, titles already purchased remain valid for the new date. Where the attendee is unable to attend on the new date, a full refund may be requested within 15 days of the notice of postponement.

13. Cancellation, refunds and transfer of the admission title

  1. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal. Pursuant to Article 59(1)(n) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
  2. Admission titles purchased are not refundable and cannot be changed, including in the case of personal impediments of the purchaser.
  3. Exception โ€” cancellation of the event. Where the event is cancelled by the Organiser, purchasers receive a full refund of the price within 30 days of the official cancellation notice, through the same payment method used for the purchase.
  4. The admission title is non-transferable (section 5, point 4).

14. Liability

The Organiser accepts no liability for:

  • theft, loss of or damage to personal belongings during the event;
  • injury or damage arising from the conduct of attendees;
  • changes to the artistic programme due to force majeure.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, save for any mandatory provision of law in favour of the consumer.


16. Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the ticket is purchased.
